Early Drop Off/Extended Day

Please let us know when you plan to use the Resurrection Early Drop Off and/or Extended Day for the following week. 

If you plan to use the program on a regular basis,  even if on the same days and times each week, we still require that you complete the form weekly. This is for the safety of our children.   

If you need to make a last-minute change on the day you plan to use the program, please use a Change in Dismissal Form in the morning of the day that you need to make a change. 

Your child's teacher will receive a copy of your completed form.
 

If School is dismissed at noon on a selected day, we assume a 12:00 start.  Just select the end time that you think fits best. If you plan to pick your child up before 3pm, please make a note in the comments.
